List inspiration

List the Inspiration page's two lists. Popular: the most liked posts this week on the project's topics (its X topic watches and its brief's territory), and the week's best own posts of the X accounts it studies, watches or names as peers, found by shared searches Xiroto runs once a day and pays for. Past their normal: the posts that went furthest past their own author's normal, across every account the project studies, watches, names as a peer, saved an example from or met in its feed. Only rows Xiroto already holds: nothing is fetched here, no model runs, and it costs nothing. Keep one with save_example.

popular: one row a post with its id, link, text, likes, likes per thousand followers, when it was posted, whether a topic or the project's own accounts found it and which topic, its author, a past-their-normal multiple only where the author has one, and whether it is already an example; plus every search the project names and when it was last looked up, and the row count per kind. past_normal: one row a post with its multiple as a number and a label, its author, why the author is listed and whether it is saved; plus the row count per source, how many accounts are linked and how many of them have a normal.
