The agreement

By creating an account or using Xiroto you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

Xiroto is operated by Md Obydullah, an individual based in Bangladesh. You can reach us at [email protected] or on X at @obydulme.

What Xiroto is

Xiroto is a read-only tool. It watches public posts on X, Bluesky, Reddit, YouTube and Hacker News for the topics, mentions and accounts you choose, and drafts replies that you may post yourself. It never acts on your account on any of them: no posting, no likes, no follows, no replies, no upvotes, no comments, no messages.

Xiroto is for paying users. Access runs on a prepaid balance (see Prices and payment), and what you get for it is a private view of the public posts that match your watches, with a draft reply for each. Replying is something you do yourself, on the platform, from your own account. The posts Xiroto collects are shown only to the paying user whose watches matched them; we do not sell, license or hand them to anyone else.

Your use of X, Bluesky, Reddit, YouTube and Hacker News stays under each platform's own terms and rules. You are responsible for everything you post there, including anything you post after Xiroto drafted it.

The posts Xiroto shows you are public posts, fetched from the platforms' public APIs and shown to you for your own use inside the product. We do not give you any rights over them beyond that, and the people who wrote them keep everything they had before.

Third-party platforms

Xiroto reads through the official APIs of X, Bluesky, Reddit, YouTube and Hacker News and follows their developer terms: the X Developer Agreement, Bluesky's terms for its open API, the Reddit Data API Terms and Responsible Builder Policy, the Hacker News Search API run by Algolia, and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service. Using Xiroto means you accept that Google's privacy policy applies to the YouTube data it shows you.

We do not control these platforms. If one slows down, changes its terms, removes a post, or cuts our access, the matching watches stop or thin out and we are not responsible for what is missed. A post that disappears from its platform disappears from Xiroto too.

Your account

An account is for one person. Give us accurate details, keep your sign-in safe, and be 16 or older. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account.

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including reads that your watches trigger and the balance they spend. Do not share your sign-in, and do not use one account to serve several people or several businesses.

Acceptable use

While using Xiroto you agree not to:

• harass anyone, send spam, or run coordinated reply campaigns
• resell or scrape the data Xiroto collects for you
• republish or redistribute the posts Xiroto shows you, other than by replying to them on their own platform
• train any AI or machine learning model on data Xiroto retrieves from a platform
• watch, track or dox a private individual, or use what Xiroto shows you to stalk or intimidate anyone
• work around our rate limits, or around the rules and limits of X, Bluesky, Reddit, YouTube or Hacker News
• use Xiroto to watch, collect or organise adult or sexually explicit content, or choose a handle that names it
• use the service for anything illegal
• reverse engineer the service
• access the service automatically by any means other than what we provide

Xiroto exists so that you can be the first useful reply in a conversation. It is not a bulk reply machine, and using it that way is a breach of these terms as well as of the platform's rules.

Prices and payment

Xiroto runs on a prepaid balance. You are charged per post read, at the rates shown on the pricing page. Those rates can change, and we will give notice on the site before they do. A new account starts at zero and reads nothing until its first top-up.

AI actions are the model calls you ask for: a draft, a message in a chat about one, a run of post ideas, an import into your memory. Each one is charged to your balance, from the first, at the rate shown on the pricing page. The scoring Xiroto does on its own, without you pressing anything, is inside the per-post rate and is never charged separately. Calls made on your own model key are never charged by us.

A top-up you have not spent any of is refunded if you ask within 14 days; after first use it is not, except where the law where you live requires it. The full rules, including the add-on and billing errors, are in our refund policy. Top-ups are by crypto today, Binance Pay or USDT and TRX on chain, credited once we have verified the transaction, which is usually quick. Card, Google Pay and Apple Pay come through Creem, the trading name of Armitage Labs OÜ, acting as merchant of record: it is the seller on your receipt and its checkout terms apply alongside ours. The bring-your-own-keys add-on lasts 30 days per purchase and does not renew by itself.

Spend limits are a tool to help you keep control of your costs. They are not a guarantee. If a billing error happens in either direction, we may correct it.

Your own keys

If you add your own X, YouTube or model keys, you are the customer of those vendors. You pay their fees and you accept their terms. We use the keys only to run your own projects.

We cannot control what those vendors charge you, and we are not responsible if one of them limits, suspends or revokes your key. If that happens, your watches stop until you fix the key or switch back to our own.

AI drafts

A draft reply is a suggestion produced by an AI model. It can be wrong, out of date or inappropriate. Review every draft before you post it. What you post is yours, and so is the responsibility for it.

Your content and ours

What you put into Xiroto stays yours: your projects, watches, voice profile and the drafts you edit. You give us only the licence we need to run the service for you. Posts fetched from a platform belong to the people who wrote them, and Xiroto gives you no right to republish them.

The Xiroto software, name and design are ours. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own monitoring while your account is in good standing, and nothing more. If you send us feedback or ideas we may use them without owing you anything, and we will not credit you publicly without asking.

Availability

We run Xiroto on a best effort basis and we do not guarantee uptime. Every watch depends on the X, Bluesky, Reddit, YouTube and Hacker News APIs, any of which can change its terms, slow down, or cut access at any time. We do not promise that every matching post is found, or how quickly. We may change or retire features as the product grows.

If a read cannot be made, no post appears and nothing is charged for it. We may pause polling for maintenance, to protect the service, or when a cost we do not control moves sharply.

Ending the agreement

You can pause or delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end an account for breaking these terms, for abuse that costs us money, or when the law requires it. We will give notice where we can.

When an account ends, watches stop and no further reads are made. What happens to your data after that, including the 7 day window in which you can restore a deleted account, is set out in the privacy policy.

Liability

Xiroto is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

If your use of Xiroto, what you post after it, or a breach of these terms brings a claim against us from someone else, you will cover the costs that claim causes us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Bangladesh, and disputes belong to the courts of Dhaka, unless the consumer law where you live says otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We post updates on this page with a new date. Continuing to use Xiroto after an update means you accept it. Material changes are announced by email to account holders, at least 14 days before they take effect where we can.
